The image shows a group of five young adults, dressed in vibrant 1980s-style workout attire, posing against a backdrop split between pink and blue. The group includes both men and women, all sporting leg warmers, sweatbands, and brightly colored leotards and shorts. They hold fitness accessories like dumbbells and a jump rope. A boombox sits on the floor in front of them. The overall aesthetic is playful and evokes the energetic spirit of 1980s aerobics.
