The Promoter

1. The promoter is First Art located at The Old Brewery, Weighbridge Road, Mansfield NG18 1AH.

Eligibility

2. The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over who are entering on behalf of a child.

3. Employees of the promoter, their families, or anyone professionally connected to the trail are excluded from entering.

How to Enter

4. Entry is completely free.

5. No purchase of any kind is necessary to participate in the trail or enter the draw.

6. To enter, participants must complete the free physical trail at Kenning Park, Clay Cross, find the secret word, and correctly submit the word via the online entry form at https://firstart.org.uk/cxanimaltrailprizedraw

Entry Limits

7. Only one online entry per individual is permitted.

Key Dates

8. The trail and online entry form open on Saturday 25 July 2026 at 00:01hrs and will close on Saturday 1 September 2026 at 23:59 hrs. Entries received after the closing time will not be counted.

The Prize

9. The prize will be a children’s nature explorer kit worth £30. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.

Winner Selection

10. The winner will be chosen at random from all valid, correct entries using an automated random computer generator. The draw will take place within 7 working days of the closing date.

Winner Notification

11. The winning entrant will be notified via the email address provided at entry within 14 days of the draw. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, a runner-up will be randomly selected.

Data Protection & Publicity

12. Any personal data collected will be used solely to administer this draw and will not be shared with third parties without prior consent.

13. In compliance with the UK Advertising Standards Authority (ASA), all entrants may apply for details of the winning entrant (surname and county) within 30 days of the closing date by contacting First Art at info@firstart.org.uk.

14. If you object to your details being shared in this event, please contact First Art at info@firstart.org.uk.

General

15. First Art reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

16. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
