CARDBOARD CARNIVAL ANIMAL PUPPET WORKSHOP
With Lempen Puppet Theatre
FREE Drop-in workshop (no booking required)

12pm – 4pm
Inspired by the Cardboard Carnival, this workshop is the chance for you to make your very own puppets out of paper.
The lovely people from Lempen Puppet Theatre will guide you through, showing you designs that work as puppets for you to then make your own, creating your very own unique characters to take home.
Birds or fish – whatever is your wish. Fish or birds – or something more absurd!
Kids, remember to bring your adults – children must be accompanied at all times.
Suitable for ages 4+ but younger children will need help from their adult.

Step into the Let’s Animate mobile studio and have a go at making your very own animated movie.
Create your own character from plasticine, then have a go at animating your creation in stopmotion.
All creations can be taken home, and films will be sent back to all participants as well as uploaded to the Let’s Animate YouTube Channel for you to share with friends and family.
Kids, remember to bring your adults – children must be accompanied at all times.

There’s all sorts to do, from cap making to illustrating and creating a collaborative mural with Fish Fingers Wrapped in Ham (FFWIH), so come join us and get hands-on with anything you can get your hands on.
