Why Linda was nominated

Linda is the manager of the ‘Let’s All Eat’ foodbank in Sutton-in-Ashfield. Since April 2020, she has been a leading light within the ‘Let’s All Eat’ Covid-19 food parcel response, covering areas including Leamington. She has personally delivered hundreds of food parcels within the Sutton-in-Ashfield area to make sure families can eat.

I have had the opportunity to meet and work with these very special people. Every day I am surprised and humbled. Never before have I experienced such a tremendous community spirit like there is in the local area.
