South Normanton Social

Based in the Bolsover District of Derbyshire, the South Normanton Social formed in January 2020.

To get started in South Normanton, we hosted the Sunday Roast Cabaret at the Post Mill Centre. This was an invite to local people to not only join us for a cracking day out but also find out more about First Art and ask people sign-up to be part of our Social programme

It was also the chance for people to  sign-up to be part of our Social programme. And they did!

We had a great response, with a lovely bunch of people signing up and the first South Normanton Social event took place in January 2020, over tasty chips and good banter.

What’s happening at the moment…

Still in its early days, the group talked with us about what they loved about the area but also what was missing. The members will be looking at what sort of things they would like to happen in South Normanton in 2020, so watch this space…..
